Post Order Variance

Hello,

I’m using two versions of the recent posts widget, wordpress in the footer and themeblvd in the sidebar, and there is a difference in the posts considered most recent, see below:

Here are the dates/times of creation (dev posts):

6 – June 14, 01:49
5 – June 14, 01:49
4 – June 14, 01:48
3 – June 12, 20:50
2 – June 12, 20:50
1 – June 12, 20:50

Any idea why there’s a difference?

Are you sure you haven’t configured anything differently? Like maybe one is filtered by a specific category or something? Is there anything that could be different with the posts? Like are any of the posts not actually “published” or possibly set as “sticky” or “private”?

Right on the money, the widget was only pulling one category, thanks!
