post list two post types

    how can I display two post types in the post list?
    I want to show post_type=event, post but can’t figure out the code to do that.
    Event is a custom field

    I’m not quite sure if it will work to just comma separate them like:

    post_type=event,foo,bar

    If that doesn’t work, the only other way would be to actually filter in your own custom query array from your Child theme’s functions.php. Here’s a sort of hack to do this. See #2 in the following response:

    $args = array( 'post_type' => array( 'event', 'foo', 'bar' ) );
