Is there any way to get the learn more buttons on the same line with eachother?

These are individual columns with content independent of each other. So, you’d have to equal content before each button, however you want to do that — maybe by having the same amount of text or possibly giving some sort of fixed consistant height to whatever wraps the text in each scenario.

Also, how can I get them to open in a blank tab?

There’s no feature for this when using a post grid. You’d have to customize the themeblvd_button function call in content-grid.php.
