Panel shortcode not working

The “panels” shortcode doesn’t seem to work for some reason. “Alerts” and other shortcodes do seem to work fine, though. Ideas?

It looks like it’s not only the panels. Same thing happens with the jumbotron.

Ah, never mind! I need to update to 2.4.2. That’s the reason.
