Offset Post List on Sidebar Widget

On my right sidebar I have created two Theme Blvd Mini Post Lists widgets. The first one lists three post titles with small thumbnails and dates. The next one lists posts and dates with no thumbnails. I would like the second Theme Blvd Mini Post List to be offset by 3 posts. What is the custom query string that needs to be inserted on the second Theme Blvd List Post widget to accomplish this?
