No Admin Panel

    Please can you hep, i was in wp admin panel working on site, made a mistake, i deleted a # symbol,  think it was in seo section but not sure, after this i had no wp admin panel, thinking # symbol  could have been in a plugin file i deleted plugins through php my admin but this did nothing, i get the same white screen with following message,
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache Server at Port 80

    could this be the problem? (no idea how to fix)

    That sounds like an issue with that specific plugin. I’d just navigate in with your FTP program or file manager and delete it at /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo where you have WordPress installed on your server. You may want to contact your web host for assistance with this.
