navigation not working on mobile

    Hi Jason,

For some reason, no matter which setting I choose, I cannot navigate the site with an iPhone. If I turn the toggle option on, it just sits there unresponsive, and if I set it to mobile navigation, the spinner shows up but the menu selections do not respond. I recently upgraded to V2.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It looks like you’ve got many javascript errors on your website, and so this is why the javascript of the theme to pull down that menu cannot work properly. It looks like they are from various plugins you might be using. To troubleshoot, I would start going through and de-activating plugins until this issue is resolved so you can see what’s causing it.

Thanks, Jason; but the problem just got a whole lot worse. Now, when I try to validate at W3 it won’t even get past the custom style sheet. This has now become an EMERGENCY since when I try to access the Builder, everything is greyed out. See attached.

I did manage to lose the error that was keeping the full error check from happening, but still cannot get into the Theme Options OR the Builder.

Have you disabled all plugins to troubleshoot the issue with the Builder and Theme Options page in your WP admin?

Yes, I did. But then I discovered that it works in Chrome. So, I am suspicious that installing the web dev plugin on Firefox is blocking something. I would rather not remove it, but may have to…

No, that did not do it. But, I am getting this error whilst attempting to load the Builder:

    Syntax error, unrecognized expression: http://deltinau.com/?lp-variation-id=0&template-customize=on
    Source File: http://deltinau.com/wp-admin/load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5B%5D=jquery,utils,plupload,plupload-html5,plupload-flash,plupload-silverlight,plupload-html4,json2&ver=3.5.1

Is that yours or another plugin?

Hmm, did you possibly disable javascript in Firefox?

There’s no way to tell from that error where it’s coming from. Sorry though, you’re sort of throwing me for a loop here; I’m a little confused. Did you deactivate all plugins on your site, and then you’re still getting this javascript error when loading the Builder?

OK, I have deactivated every plugin and tested. The only time I get the error is when I go into Builder, Slider, or Theme Options – and only in Firefox.

So is it possible it’s something about Firefox on your computer? Have you tried using Firefox on another computer?this way you can determine if this is a theme issue or just something on your end.

Well, I tried it on a PC and did not have the same problem. I have spent 3 hours today trying to figure out why this version of Firefox is giving this error. For now I will use Chrome. Thanks.
