Modify Sitemap Template

Hi Jason,

I’ve moved the content-template_sitemap.php file to my child theme.

But I’d like to display only certain regular post categories (cat id’s 3,4,15,1). I tried looking this up but couldn’t figure it out. 🙁

Secondly, I’m using the Portfolios plugin, and would like for the sitemap page to display my Portfolio Items too.

Preferably grouped by Portfolio Name, but either; 1) excluding one portfolio; or 2) including three specific portfolios.

Can you assist?

You’d just add “include” param to your query string passed into wp_list_categories().

Google how to do a WordPress secondary loop. You probably just want to use get_posts() to get an object of posts to loop through and display.
