Mobile site shown on desktop

Hi,

some people have issues when they go to the site, they view the mobile site even though they are on a desktop.
Any possible reasons why this is happening?

I first thought it could be because the lack of high resolution or modern browser.
But it’s Chrome and definitly a high resolution.

Hello,

In your image, it looks like the user is zoomed into the site when they’re viewing it. Tell them to zoom out so they’re looking at the site in the proper proportions. On most modern browsers this is ctrl + 0, or cmd + 0 on a Mac.
