    I am not able to upload any new data to the media library. I have tried every which way. I am getting the error message:
    “icon-accessories.png” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads.

    This is only a 4kb file. I have also tried other file formats and I am still getting the same message.

    Hello,

    This would mean that your WordPress installation is not setup correctly. Generally this often means that your uploads directory isn’t setup with the correct permissions, but there can be other factors, as well. Have you tried contacting your web host or whoever has installed WordPress for you?
