Make custom template default for new pages?

I was wondering if it is possible to make one of the custom templates the default for when someone creates a new page? Thanks!

Apologies, Daniel, but I’m not sure on that one. There’s definitely not going to be any kind of user feature to accomplish. Maybe you could do some research on any actions or filters that happen when WordPress creates a page, where you could manipulate its initial content or meta data.
