Integration with Contact Form

After I installed the theme my contacts forms doesn’t work anymore… I tried everything, I used the Contact Form 7 Plugin, I have the WordPress up-to-date… I tried to use SMTP plugins… But not seems to work…

I have the confirmation message on the form, but I don’t receive the email… It’s support says can be my theme…

Does someone having the same issue??

Unfortunately, I’m not sure on that because the theme would in no way impact how messages are sent to email form WordPress. When the Contact Form 7 plugin utilizes WordPress’s wp_mail system to send a message, this just doesn’t pass through anything related to the theme. The only way the theme could play a roll is if there was some sort of javascript conflict on the frontend of your site when the form is being sent. However, then you would not get the success message that the email was sent.

We do recommend Contact Form 7 to all customers and it seems to work well for everyone. It’s most likely some issue with how you’re setting up WordPress to send these emails. A good way to troubleshoot though is start by disabling any plugins to try and see if there’s a conflict. Then, activate one of the default WordPress themes to eliminate if it is indeed the theme or not causing the issue.
