How to show widget in right side of header?

Hi Jason, I can’t figure out how this guy put a widget in the top right side in the header area.

It looks like the TB Simple Contact widget. But in Theme Options > Layout there is only a single line textbox. Is there a shortcode he used maybe for a widget area? Thank you very much.
