How to insert Contact form

I am looking for a content form to inlcude on my site. I could not find any information about possible plug-ins to use. Could you please advice – or is there some built-in feature I might use?
Second, I put a floating widget area in the Footer with some ‘text’ in order to put a link to the Sitemap there. The page displays the text (Here you can find a sitemap), but not the clickable link. Which format must the link have?

Apologies, but I’m not 100% sure I’m quite following what you’re asking here, but let me try to understand. You’re just trying to a put link in a text widget? You’d just use basic HTML something like this:

<a href="http://yoursite.com/your-sitemap-page">Sitemap</a>
