how to disable the responsive menu when width < 515px

Hi,
Trying to figure out of I can do this via some hook or filter – what would be best way to make sure that the responsive menu is simply disabled?

You could possibly just hide whatever associated elements with CSS and @media queries.

@media (max-width: 515px) {
     .btn-navbar { display: none; }
     #access { display: none; }
}

Would that work?
