How to Add Structured Data

Hello,

I get this message in google webmaster tools “Warning: Missing required field “updated”.”

I found this to rectify the situation in the default wordpress theme…http://www.technosultants.com/blog/warning-missing-required-field-updated-wordpress

Is there any way to add this to swagger?

Hello,

The function that controls this area in the theme is called “swagger_blog_meta” and can be found in /includes/theme-functions.php.

I’ll add this “updated” class in the next update to the theme, as well.

Awesome, Thanks Jason – I’m going to explore this more…I’m getting more familiar with functions now. Mainly I just never needed them to accomplish things. It seems like custom development is where everything is going now. Since there are so many considerations like structured data and different devices etc. Almost everything I touch now has more than any one size fits all theme or framework can offer.

That said – your frameworks renders perfectly in all environments, and has retina options so that cuts many many hours out of development time : )
