How To Add Comment box on Homepage

Hi,

I have website with static homepage but I can’t see comment box even I have not hide it with alyeska feature. How I can add comment box on static homepage ? please help

Hello Leon,

The theme does not support comments on pages in general by default; this is a customization you’d have to make, but it is fairly straight forward.

Putting this in your child theme‘s functions.php will accomplish comment support for static pages:

function activate_page_comments( $setup ) {
    $setup['comments']['pages'] = true;
    return $setup;
}
add_filter( 'themeblvd_global_config', 'activate_page_comments' );
