How do I move sidebars to display under post on mobile devices?

Great theme, lots of setting up, but that’s because it’s so versatile.

When I view the site on my mobile device and choose a post, it puts the contents of the left and right sidebars above the post. It’s time consuming as a user, to have to scroll down past the sidebar entries to get to the post content.

Is there a way to make sure the post content appears first on mobile devices (Android tested). My site is aimed at selling books and mags. If the content of the post is shown first after selecting it on the menu, it would be much better if the user can see straight away the contents of the mag or book etc, followed by the sidebar entries. Ideally it would be nice to turn the sidebars off on mobile devices, but that’s a big ask.
