Feature Image Duplication

I have an issue with featured images duplicating on a single post when I have it set up to enlarge into a lightbox. In fact, it even pulls in other images from other posts. Any ideas how to fix this? http://ap-police.com/vandalism-crime-spree/

It’s just grouping all lightbox images on the page together into a single gallery. It appears to be a double because this post is also present in the footer’s Mini Post List widget, with thumbnail linking to the lightbox.

Yup, actually Alyeska 3 was released on Monday. It was a sort of quiet release. I’m posting an update today to fix a few bugs people have found in the last few days.
