Complexity-2 Video slider

    Hi,

    I have my site with complexity-2 theme and I am planning to move to Commodere soon. As it will take a while till I adapt everything locally I wonder if there is any possibility to add Video Sliders on Complexity Theme. Will Slider plugin work on Complexity?

    Hello,

    On the Complexity theme, when you’re creating a “slide” with its system, you want to select for the Slide to be a “Content” slide. Then anything you put in the content of the slide will show in the slider. So, this could be a video. The system is a bit outdated, and is far from perfect, but you still do have some flexibility there.

    Thank you Jason, I was able to add a video. The only issue I see is that there is a blank space between the Menu and the video. Any ideas how to adjust it?

    In the top of your content, you’ve got a paragraph tag wrapped around your video, most likely the result of the some editing you were attempting in the Visual Editor.

    <p style="text-align: center;">
video...
</p>

    Make sure there are no line breaks in your content, and switch over to the Text tab and make sure to remove anything that is not part of your video.

    I deleted the p tag, but the result is the same.

    I only have this paramether in the content:

    Try wrapping it in the raw shortcode like:

    [raw]
[video file="http://vimeo.com/79949107" width="960" height="300"]
[/raw]

    And again make sure there are no line returns around this code.
