Change Order of Columns on Phones

Can I make the content column come first when the site goes to a single column? Currently the left column shows first, I would like the content column to show first. Is this possible and if so how can I get it done?

Currently there is no feature for this, but it’s done with CSS in the next update. You can see a preview of how this will work very soon by viewing this link responsively in any browser except Firefox:
