Background doesn't show up in internet explorer

    I changed the background image for my site at http://www.nsfcc.org and just happened to open the launch page in IE9 and the background is totally WHITE …. ??? The image is only 191kb and dimensioned 1234×325. The page shows up great in IE11, Opera, & FireFox.

    My apologies, it looks as though I posted this same issue before…. no resolution was found. I will disable plugins until I find the one that may be causing the issue…..

    Yeah, that’s the first thing I would ask you to do. Try disabling all plugins, then make sure to clear your browser cache in IE9, and try again. Do you still have no background?

    If all plugins deactivated doesn’t work. Next try, activating one of the default WordPress themes, and see if the same thing happens.
