Are sample layouts in demo included in theme?

    I’m just starting out with the Alyeska (child) theme, watched the Introduction to Layout Builder video (https://vimeo.com/70256816) and wonder if the sample layouts featured in the demo, such as “Business Homepage #1” can be applied as templates? Or are these layouts just examples to follow when creating custom templates?
