Apostrophes in Twitter Feed

Hi guys

I have the same issue as this poster:

The apostrophe gets replaced with its escaped entity code. But I can’t see the solution as it’s in another forum. Might make sense to pull issues that are common to themes out into a shared forum? Just a thought.

Hello,

This is an issue with the updated SimplePie class in WordPress 3.5. I’ve got this fixed in the next theme update, but this is update is still not ready, as it’s a fairly large one. Here’s a fix you can apply from your Child theme’s functions.php.

function my_tweet_filter( $text ){
	return htmlspecialchars_decode( $text, ENT_QUOTES );
}
add_filter( 'themeblvd_tweet_filter', 'my_tweet_filter', 9 );
