Any known issues with the Woo Commerce booking plugin?

I can’t get the availability calendar to display on the front end. Not sure if that’s a plugin issue or a theme issue.

    Hi,

I’m sorry but I have no idea on that one. But unfortunately I can’t really assist you with third-party plugins like that. You’ll want to contact WooThemes support where you purchased the plugin.

They took a look at the plugin. It seems that is an issue with the theme. I’ve tried a few other themes and have no problem with the booking calendar displaying. It shows up just below the short description in each of the themes I tried. My Woo support mentioned seeing some JavaScript and other errors that they suspect are the problem. I do see the following error displayed on my site, although I don’t know if this is related or not: Notice: Undefined variable: orderby in ../wp-content/themes/denali/framework/compat/woocommerce/class-tb-compat-woocommerce.php on line 758

Here’s a screenshot of my booking calendar displayed on one of the themes I tested, vs. what I see when I switch back to Denali.

    Other theme – calendar displayed
    booking calendar consultant

vs. Denali – calendar does not display
    no calendar denali

It would be helpful if you could post a link to the page on your site where the issue is. Then I can inspect and see if there are any JavaScript issues from the theme. But unfortunately it sounds like the theme and this plugin may not be compatible. But let’s just see what these supposed theme-related JavaScript errors are first that they’re referencing.

The other PHP error is a known thing that’s from a recent WooCommerce update and is fixed in the next theme update but I think it is unrelated to the specific thing you’re asking about.

I’d have to send you a login. The site is not live.
