After updating from 2.2 to 3 I am getting some minor layout bugs

I have updated the theme and at first noticed that pages with a custom template such as http://stcletusparish.com/ministries/ seem to place the main tag twice causing the double breadcrumb thing. Let me know if posting the code would help.

I have also noticed on all the pages that there is a space between the navigation bar and the main content window.

Can anyone help me diagnose what might be happening?

Hi,

You need to go to your custom page template file that you’ve created, and match the markup structure to the newly updated theme files. Just checkout a simple file like page.php of the updated theme, and re-evaluate your custom page template file.
