The theme does not come with any feature to change these sizes, so keep in mind you’re sort of moving into the grey area of making customizations.

You can use this plugin to change the height of the image crop size, but keep in mind it’s a sort of “edit at your own risk” kind of deal. ūüėČ

In the Theme Blvd Image Sizes plugin, the “1/3 Grid” image crop size is what’s use for that slider type. After changing the size, you need to make sure and re-generate your thumbnails, and re-save your slider.

I’ll try the plugin, and let you know how it works.

I was thinking that perhaps I could limit the height of the container which would force the slider to a thinner profile.

With that slider type, there’s nothing that’s actually forcing the height/width of the individual images. There’s just displaying in their natural size that they’re cropped to when uploaded; they’re just sort of floating there. — Unlike the standard slider type where images are bounded around all edges.

I figured out how to get the slider images smaller without the plugin, Now it’s more of a mini¬†carousel under the large slider. ¬†http://picturestack.com/825/47/x9TslidernEh.jpg¬† Which is what I wanted. I had to reformat the pics to 200px X 125px.

Now I need to figure out how to change the padding so there isn’t such a big gap. Any Ideas?

This is how I did it:

    I went to: wp-content/themes/alyeska/framework/frontend/functions/

    Open: sliders.php

    In lines 326, 327,333 and replace¬†‘grid_4’ with ‘grid_fifth_1’¬†
